Frequently asked questions

How long does clearing a backlog realistically take?

It depends on the scale. One overdue ZUS month - usually a few days. A year without documentation - a few weeks. We give a specific timeline in the diagnosis, not before.

Do I have to sign up for ongoing service?

No. You can order just the intervention, pay once and go your own way.

What if the previous HR person didn't return the documents?

It happens more often than you'd think. We reconstruct what we can from ZUS PUE, the payroll system and employee documents. We'll also advise what you're entitled to demand and on what basis.

Am I facing penalties?

For some late filings - yes, and we won't sugar-coat that. The diagnosis will include a realistic risk assessment and information on where it can be reduced (e.g. by applying for an interest waiver).

How do we transfer data?

Securely: access to ZUS PUE and the payroll system, or files via a secured link. We sign a data processing agreement before accessing anything.

Do you serve companies outside Kraków?

Yes. Everything is done remotely. If the matter requires an in-person visit, we arrange that separately.

How many employees do I need to have?

There's no minimum. We help with one employee just as readily as with a hundred.
